I was wondering if any one have suggestions on what to do or give people who help build your business. My girlfriend gave me an idea of getting people to get orders for me and pass out information about my biz. I also have 2 wonderful people who are apart of my team and they wanted to invest in whatever area I needed them. I usually if they need a cake or dessert I do it at no cost because they are working out of love for me and want me to succeed. So I'm open to some idea.

First, I like your fishy cake. Second, I think doing cakes for them is a great way to thank them. As far as other vendors go, we tend to reccomend each other.

I have one of my people who helps me wanting to teach her how to bake. She has never baked a cake and she chose red velvet. But it's great because she will do what ever I ask her.
