Ok, got an order woman wanted a simple cake...choc. icing, choc. interior. So next she says has to be done in SPLENDA...never have done one, so HELP!!!!

second she wants to feed 50-100 people but doesnt want the basic cut slice wants a nice size cake slice. How do I charge for this???

third...How do I make tiny western boots? she is not wanting to spend alot of money...
