I happen to have made a butt-load of chocolate icing. It's really yummy. And I usually do a treat for my DD's class once a month.

So individual servings are ideal. Now that you have the background, I need help. I have no idea what to do for the class. I don't just want to do a normal cupcake (never have). I have the mini ball pans, mini heart pans (but I will do hearts in Feb.), I have all sorts of cupcake pans, the mini loaf pans... I also have the muffin top pans. So anything that has chocolate buttercream with it would be perfect!

Thanks in advance for helping me with ideas!!!! I'm completely dry.

You could do up thin sheet cakes and have the kids cut out different shapes with cookies cutters - stars, flowers, etc. You can use your chocolate icing to decorate. A few different coloured sprinkles.

As well, there will be leftover cake scraps once the children have cut out their shapes. Have them make cake balls with the scraps and just roll in icing sugar.

Then they will have two kinds of activity and two kinds of treat!
