Help!! Prego Belly Cake

ok so i have to do a prego belly cake..ive seen some BEAUTIFUL ones on CC so how do i do it lol..is it a few diff cakes or carved cakes.. please help!!

I did mine with the wilton soccer ball pan, but I have also seen people do it with a round pyrex bowl. No carving at all. good luck

You can use pyrex or half ball pan. Hope this helps..

or you can use a pampered chef batter bowl. I had a friend use half of the ball pan and a round under it to make it higher, then cupcakes for the boobs.

cupcakes?? how would u make that look right???? that seems like it'd b to small and odd shaped to me

the ball pan is pretty small - but I'm not sure - I haven't made one, this is just what she said! lol I think the mini wonder molds might be good, but not sure.

I used a mixing bowl for the belly and for the 'boobies' I used a coffee cup! One with a rounded bottom, it was the perfect size! icon_smile.gif

I've never made one but would guess the Wilton soccer ball would be good for the belly and the small Wilton sports ball for the boobs or the mini wonder mold pans.

thanks so much for the help!! and now the question.. if i use a bowl/ball pan and the cupcakes or mini wonder pans about how many servings does this come out to???? a rough estimate??
