I am just wondering if the Wilton floral collection flower making set is worth the buy. I am interested in learning to make more flowers out of fondant and gumpaste and didn't want to put the money out if it's not worth it.

The set is worth it if you use the 40% off coupon at Michaels. The cutters can also be used for borders, cutouts etc. This is the set that I have my students buy because there really isn't very much to choose from in the Niagara Area.
