I'll be doing a a chocolate cake covered in chocolate ganache. One of the tiers need to be gold. I don't have an airbrush machine. What will be the best way for me to apply gold to the ganache without smudging it.
Also I will apply dots made from modelling chocolate to decorate some of the tiers. Will the dots adhere well to the fondant. It's summer and I'm worried that the dots might slide off the cake. Thanks
