I've been asked to make Trooper Rex cookies for a child's b-day party favors. Like this: http://www.hollywoodtoysandcostumes.com/Star-Wars-Clone-Wars-Clone-Trooper-Leader-Rex-1-2-Mask_1633100.html

I was thinking maybe a bell cookie cutter might work for the shape, but my bell cookie cutter isn't a big one and I couldn't find one at my local supply store taht was larger. Thought I'd ask my fellow CC cookie experts if they had any ideas that might work?

I just made some Star Wars cookies for my friend's son. I haven't seen any of the movies but I think mine was just a clone, not anyone in particular like Rex. I found cutters online for $10 a piece so I decided just to cut my own by hand. They weren't under "Star Wars" but something like "space character". Can't post a pic but they are in my photos.
