Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can tell me when to know if a choc mud cake is done as I have heard that they are easily overcooked, and if you insert a skewer and it comes out clean that it is overcooked.

I am wondering what everyone else suggests and if the above theory is correct?

I just pulled a chocolate mudcake out of the oven and a small amount of batter stays on the skewer however when I feel the cake it doesn't seem to collapse. I won't be able to tell if I haven't cooked it enough until it cools down and I can dig in YUMMY.
