I am making a cake for my two year old and no one in my family likes MMF or regular fondant. I have seen on Cake Boss that they use modeling chocolate to cover some cakes.

How do I make this and how much would I need? Does anyone have a recipe? It will be for just a simple sheet cake, about 16 by 8 inches and about 5 to 6 inches high.

Thanks!

Me too! I see it on Cakeboss all the time and I'm dying to know...guess I'll just have to do a trial and error type thing.
