I got the Cricut and needed to cut some vinyl with the name of my business and wanted to encorporate a wedding cake sillouette (and a cupcake for the display case) and I am at my wits end!

I have searched and searched, all the free scale image sites, etc. I even have all the dvd's they sell for the Sure Cuts Alot program and they don't have anything. Does anyone out there have something they might be willing to share?

Thanks so much -

do you have any kind of line drawing or cartoon/coloring book image that you would like to use? These are relatively easy to convert using SCAL - just use a scanner to get the image into your computer and save it as a bitmap (.bmp) file. Then in SCAL 2.0 you can convert .bmp to a .scut file to cut.

several good videos on this topic on YouTube - just search on SCAL there.

Thank you! Overall,I have found that program to be kind of daunting, lol. It irritates me - I need to chill and take some time to learn it instead of in 10 minutes snipets.

Thanks again icon_smile.gif
