My sisters birthday is coming up and I need tips, ideas, or any help how to make a cake stand up dress. like a dress with a bust. If you have ideas on the cake board/stand as well.

That is an awesome cake! Way beyond my expertise, but I'm sure someone will pop in with some ideas for you.

I just the other day saw this cake on her website, its stunnung. I have seen cakes done like this with the illusion of being in mid air and they use actual plumbing supplies. Pipes and pvc pipes and then sit some foamcore at the height tou want and build your cake from there. I would imagine depending on the amount of cake you would need cake supports of some kind, this would definitly be a challenging cake for someone without too much experience and I would have to say a lot of cake also. It has to be a nice size to really look good. Hope I helped somewhat.
