Lorann Cotton Candy Flavor, Ever Tried It?

I've never tried it in cake, but I make hard candy every Christmas and it's a favorite. It does taste like cotton candy.
I have never tried it in a cake but I use it all the time in my royal icing for cookies..Yum!!!
I was wanting to use it in some bc.
I love the cooked sugar flavor of cotton candy and I was just wondering if the oil was able to reproduce that flavor.
I guess I'll have to give it a try.
Thanx
I used it in my cotton candy cupcakes, but it wasn't a strong enough cotton candy flavor for me. I only used 1 small bottle for the buttercream and cake batter... definitely not enough. I also baked cotton candy into the cake and mixed cotton candy into the icing. Once I topped the cupcakes with cotton candy, it was really good!

I hope it works for you!

I've used it before it was cool, but if you want a cake to really taste like cotton candy, use cotton candy yogurt by Trix. I believe that's the brand. I've done that before and it was great!!!
