I would like to hear your way, or tips on, doing tastings for brides. I have 5 weddings booked for this year and plan to do a tasting in March. How do you offer your cakes? Small cakes or cup cakes? How many fillings do you offer at the tasting. I just don't want to bake and fill 15+ cakes, seems like over-kill. All of these brides have sent a deposit, so it's not a matter of getting them to sign, it's more of picking out cake flavors and designs of cake.

Just a thought,

Whenever I've seen a cake tasting for a wedding cake, Ive only ever seen little ball scoops given to each person. Not a whole cupcake or mini cake.
