Has anybody had trouble with this fondant molding. I bought a bucket of the white chocolate and took just a little out and the next time I tried to use it (a couple of weeks later) it had molded. Then I had it happen to some of the Americana. I called Albert Uster and they said I should have this fondant refrigerated . What? I was not looking for a refund just an answer for next time. Just wondering if anyone has had this problem. I love this fondant and want to keep using it.
