Can I use cream cheese frosting under fondant?
I'm sure this question has been asked at least 20 times, but for the life of me I can't find a thread on it icon_redface.gif
TIA

I have many times with great success. Just make sure it stays cool.

How do you keep it cold if fondant shouldn't be frigerated?

I just refrigerated my fondant cake cose i had no choice. It did go a little 'sweaty' and sticky when it came out but after a while that dried off and was fine.

Was actually my first time refridgerating fondant cose i usually try to avoid it so was a nice little test icon_smile.gif

I refrigerate my fondant covered cakes every time I make them and have never had a problem. Yes they sweat a little sometimes when you first take them out but that dries up in no time.
