I need some help on what to use for the underlying structure for an OSU Horseshoe Stadium Cake...the stadium is two levels ...what would you use as a platform for the top level and how would you strengthen it to not move in transit? I thought my bubble tea straws would be enough to carry the weight, but if you have any ideas, I would appreciate any and all! I need this cake done by this next week.
