There are a few lemon recipes here. http://docs.google.com/Doc?id=df4f9hbq_46cs9f28fs You can adapt to make it a lime

I would use white cake mix & if you can order Lime Oil (lorann oils). I would use it. I would use either 1/2 lime juice/ 1/2 water or 1/2 lime concentrate/ 1/2 water. I would also use a couple T of lime zest & lime yogurt. I think you'll have luck adapting any of the 3 recipes. Let us know how it turns out!

You can also get excellent citrus oils, (lime, lemon, or orange) on-line from bakerscatalogue dot com. The oils are very potent and keep forever in the refrigerator. It sounds like dandelion has a good conversion. I think I will try it, myself! Thanks for the idea.
