Blue and white gingham patterns are great for little girls cakes -- add some white flowers with blue centers and the blue baby booties with ribbons and you're right in there! icon_biggrin.gif

Add pink flowers with the blue booties.

How about blue booties, yellow plaid background, pink flowers and green leaves. All babish colors should blend together fine.

You might also recreate the blue booties in pink fondant for the top of the cake.

I'm with ya, Gottabake...I say girl booties can be black and purple striped if they wanna be! icon_smile.gif But I do like the idea of the blue gingham with white flowers if you can't change the blue color theme.
