Question About Ganache

Happy Holidays everyone!

Just a quick question. I made some mint chocolate ganache filling for a cake last weekend....yummy. I am making cupcakes today and thought the filling would be so good inside the cupcake. The problem is the ganache is really thick. Can I reheat it and add more cream to make it a thinner consistency for whipping so I can pipe it into the cupcake?
