I know this has been discussed before, but silly me, didn't keep track of it! I want to make a cream cheese frosting that won't melt my fondant (MFF). Any good recipes out there? I need it for tonight!

One way to use almost anything under fondant is to brush the inside of fondant with shortening, oil or butter. Just a really light and even layer - you won't be able to taste it. That becomes a barrier for any unwanted moisture. MMF does not need to be greased as well as Ballinas fondant.
