thanks so much for the ideas from last year! i normally just do a christmas cookie tray and i was wanting to change it up a little this year....even though a lot of the people i give them to expect the same thing every year and now have personal requests of what cookie they have the most of! lol!!! thanks again!

I just glanced at last year's thread and will need to save it for next year! I usually do cookie trays as well. However, years ago I made several different kinds of fudge (such as cocoa, white, pineapple, peanut butter, to name a few). It was initially for a church Christmas bazaar. I was told they sold out very quickly. So I made them for others as well. icon_smile.gif

I posted a recipe for peppermint bark here on CC. Very simple and delicious. Makes a good bit at one time too.
