Anyone have the Cream Cheese Buttercream recipe by Toba Garrett? Or a recipe similar to it? I have a wedding cake coming up and have been reading the different style of buttercream with cream cheese. Anyone have any thoughts or help? Thanks!

Cream cheese icing is extremely difficult to ice smooth. For a wedding cake, I'd just use it for the filling and use regular BC on the outside.
