Try a chocolate cake mix with coffee instead of water. If that's not coffee flavored enough, try a white cake mix with coffee instead of water in it with an extra splash of Kahlua for more of the coffee flavor. Then yo can fill the cake with chocolate buttercream or even chocolate ganache.
