Do you ever feel like you don't have enough stuff to go in it? I haven't even put anything together get because I keep feeling like I don't have enough and it's driving me crazy and to exhaustion. How much is enough? Help.

On the plus side, I made NFSC for the first time and weighed my flour and they worked out perfectly for me. I also made Ronda's MMF which also worked out but my KA didn't like it so much. Any tips on that? I had to do the 2nd half by hand which was a pain.

Forgot to mention this is what I have so far and yes, I like sweets. LOL
NFSC w/MMF
Fleur de sel caramel
Almond nougat
Holly Jolly Christmas toffee bark
Kauai Crunch (Merken's wafer with crisped rice and espresso bits)
Hazelnut creams
Arametto creams
White chocolate squares w/lemon centers
Chocolate coated RKT w/chocolate Season's Greetings transfers

Still need to make my Happy Honu (it's a turtle w/a mini marshmallow on his back) and am debating cran/pecan biscotti.
It's like a sickness - I need to stop since this has to get out the door tomorrow.

It looks like plenty to me. Have you checked out the "who wants to join my Christmas basket project" thread also in the General forum. That's all we're talking about, exchanging recipes, and keep each other on track. It sounds like your ahead of the game! thumbs_up.gif
