Rkt And Wilton 3D Duck Pan

Has anyone out there ever used RKT in the Wilton 3D pan? I am making a duck cake and don't need the duck to be cake. I thought I could use the RKT and then cover that with Fondant.
How many batches of RKT will I need to fill the pan? How difficult is it to get fondant smooth on RKT?
Any advice is appreciated.
Just refreshing this question. Does anyone have any advice on covering RKT with fondant?
Making sure the RKT are packed tightly. It crushes the cereal but it will keep your structure together better. I like to let is dry hard, over night at least. My favorite fondant for covering RKT is the Wilton fondant. As nasty tasting as it is, I do like it for this purpose. People are not generally going to eat the figure anyway. I usually put two layers on. The first is to just smooth out the RKT. HTH
