On my sons wedding cake, (WASC with raspberry filling) I used Almond flavored buttercream, but while trying flavors for the cake I also made White Chocolate Almond Buttercream, both are delish! The White Choc. was hard to work with as the choc sets up so I had to frost and smooth fast.... HA! I am just a hobby baker, I know there are lots of flavors out there.
