I have an assigment for class, I need to interview a person who is working or has worked in the profession I'm pursuing.... which is pastry chef!!! More specifically I would like to one day own a pastry shop.
Anyways, it's just ten questions can be done through email or over the phone.... I would greatly appreciate any help.
I don't need specifically pastry chefs, but anyone who owns a cake shop, works out of home, has worked as a decorater.... any of those would work.
