Has anyone ever made white hocolate ganache if so how did you do it and did it taste good?

I have made the white chocolate ganache recipe that's in the recipe section here (I think its the same one that JanH posted - don't you just love how she always has just the right link for ANY question! Thanks JanH!). I used it to fill a chocolate cake that was covered in dark chocoalte ganache. It tasted lovely, just like the chocolate did before I made the ganche with it, so if your chocolate tastes good, the ganche will too!

I've read about whipped ganache on this site also. Do you use the same recipe and then whip it at some point?

There is nothing about whipped white ganache...but the regular stuff is great!!!
