I need to make several batches of decorated cookies for the holidays and was wondering if I can freeze cookies that have been decorated with royal icing? Is there a special way to store them? If they can be frozen, how long can they be frozen for? I would also like to decorate some of them with MMF. Would I be able to freeze these after I have decorated them, if so how long can they be frozen? Is there a special way to defrost them?
