I am doing a cake for my niece. She has always wanted a topsy turvy cake. I was going to do that with a pink and zebra print theme. Now my SIL has thrown the fact that she would like for it to have something to do with sign language.... like the I LOVE YOU sign or something. Any thoughts on how I can combine the two????

You could do the sides in the print and save the top of the cake for doing the sign language piece. If you were to make it out of gumpaste ahead of time you could stand it upright, or do it flat and do any writing around it, like Happy Birthday, or whatever you want to write. Or you could leave a medallion shape opening in the print on the side and put a medallion there.
