I have been invited to several Christmas parties and they have a gift exchange. The items have to be cake related. The limit is $10.

any tips would be helpful. Thanks.

How about the Wilton cupcake decorating kit? I think that runs about $7-$9.

You could put together a gift bag of sprinkles and sparkly gel colors or something?

Maybe you could put spatchula, measuring spoons and things like that into a measuring cup. Everyone needs those things.

WOW. So many ideas. I would look at all your favs in the lower budget and see what you can find. I found some amazing books at the discount book store that were under $10 that I have found to be priceless. Parchments, piping bags and a slurry of tips are on my wish list this year. Target, WallyWorld, and Hobby Lobby had some beautiful cake stands as well.

Marshalls/HomeGoods is a fun place to look for stuff. You can get a cute cake stand there sometimes for $10 and they sometimes have fun candies, cookie/fondant cutters and pans there for discount prices.

I just bought a Pyrex measuring cup, a set of KitchenAid hand towels and set of KitchenAid dish scrubbies for my stepmom for Christmas there for around $15.

If you haven't purchased your gift items yet, don't forget to get your AC Moore, and/or Michaels coupons. AC Moore has one for 50% good on Tues. only, and 40% all week. Get twice as much that way.
