Can you roll out Satin Ice like Wilton's fondant to make bows?

Yes. Just add a bit of tylose to the SI to give it a strong finish for your bows.

I'm not familiar with Tylose

Tylose is a powder that you can buy. You add it to fondant to get the fondant to harden up so that it's similar to gumpaste. You could just go get some gumpaste and make the bow out of that.

But I sure wouldn't make a Satin Ice bow without mixing it with some gumpaste. There is no way that a Satin Ice fondant bow will hold itself if it's one of the big loopy bows I'm thinking of.
