Does any one know where I can find disposable foil pans for 11x15's or larger? I've been able to find plenty of the small squares and 9x13's, but any time I've found anything larger, they get much deeper, not like cake pans.

I've volunteered enough cake to feed at least 300 for a shelter for their Thanksgiving dinner, and I thought this might be an easier way to get them there. Last year I need boxes and boards, and I'd rather not do that again. Thanks!

You could try Plasic Container City. I bought 150 mini aluminum pie plates from them. I think they have all sorts of disposable bakeware in all sizes. Here is their website:

I just bought some at Meijers in Michigan. They were 12 x 18 x 1 1/2. Worked great!
