Hi,
I love the wasc cake recipe...the cake comes out nice and moist....
but i find it a bit too sweet...what should i do?

I had the same prob and I cut the sugar back to 3/4 cup sugar and it makes a big difference

Same here I cut the sugar all the way down and it works wonderfully. I also play with different emulsions and extracts for flavors. Such a great recipe.
