I am making a birthday cake for my sons birthday this weekend. He requested chocolate on chocolate. However, I want to mix it ip a little. Don't want it to be to rich. Any ideas on what I can fill a chocolate cake with that is chocolate but not to rich? Also, something that does not have to stay refriegerated. Thanks
