I am doing a red velvet armidillo cake and I am afraid that my normal cream cheese icng wont hold up decorating.Do any of you have a recipe that you would use for an armidillo cake that would withstand travel and not running? Thanks so much!

Try this great crusting cream cheese frosting recipe from azeboi2005 - the one used for the Pumpkin Pie cupcake tutorial.

Just this week I finally tried it and it crusts and holds up really good. (and also tastes yummy!)
