I'm getting me the cricut expression this black friday, and would love to buy some cartridges too, since they will be 60% off I wanna be ready on what I want so I get my stuff and get out of thereeeeeeeee. suggestioins?

Congratulations, you are going to love your Cricut! The cartridges are great and I love Storybook and Everyday Paperdoll Dress Up and some others BUT my best recommendation for you, buy SCAL (Sure Cuts Alot) it is so beyond worth it, and you will not be limited in any way to what is on your cartridges. Fonts, shapes, anything and everything will be at your disposal, go look at the videos here, she explains it far better than I can, for sure look into it!

Also I highly recommend going to the Pink Stampers site, even if you are only going to use your Cricut for caking. In her Cricut videos she explains all of the important the functions of the machine & how to use it so well! I knew how to use it before I ever got mine (there is a little learning curve), so I was able to get started right out of the box.
