This applies to me, but I couldn't find the summary of it, or if it's really a possiblity because the first thread veered off. I would be thrilled if this happens. Could it really, when would we know? I figure if they can license home daycares, they would find a way to do that!

The legislature session for 2009 ended before they could vote on it...so the next time there's a chance will be 2011.
