I am officially open for biz starting this January - although the owner wants to give me December for free......nevertheless......

Any advice? I am so excited about this, but a little nervous, of course. What words of wisdom can you offer me?
Do's and don'ts.....or watch out's?

Anything you strongly recommend I do or don't do or make sure I am covered about?

Back away slowly then turn and run like the wind. You know those people that just talking with them make you think something is not right.
