I ordered a quilter several weeks ago, and it was supposed to be in on Monday. Now I'm told it's back ordered,and I need to do a quilt pattern on a cake due the 22nd. How can I do it? I was thinking about using the edge of a ruler, but I'm not sure how that will work? Does anyone have any ideas on this?

Before I got my quilting template I used a triangle ruler, one I use for actual fabric quilting. I've seen Buddy Valasco on Cake Boss use a straight ruler. Good luck
