I want to cover my baby shower cake in ganache instead of using fondant. First time!! My question...will fondant accents adhere easily to the ganache? Any suggestions on working with ganache.
Thanks in advance.

Well it really depends. There are those type of pourable ganache (Depending on the ratio) where you might have problems. If you are using a spreadable 2:1 ratio for dark/semisweet, you are definitely fine.
