What is considered a quarter sheet? I'm not sure what the measurement would be?

Yes, you found it, but here's a little history and math lessons to help you remember.

A commercial baking sheet is 18x24 (ish). Cut this in half and you get two 18x12's ....half sheet. Cut this 18x12 in half and you get two 9x12's .... quarter sheet.

Wilton kind of threw the 11x15 in there to mess with our minds! dunce.gif
