I'm making one (my first fondant covered) next week. I plan on having a pink skirt that goes about 3/4 down, then the rest will be a white ruffle - similar to this one - I've never ruffled fondant before, so wondering how to, also to I apply this ruffle prior to putting on pink? Any help/tips would be greatly appreciated.

I think I have the ruffle figured out, thanks to Rylan, but does anyone have any suggestions at all for this cake?
