How do I make the number 21 out of a cake. Help please

You could make a template out of cardboard, lay it over the cake then carve to shape. Once carved, frost as usual. I think they also make "number" cake pans, but not sure where to get them...I would assume you could get them online if you had time to order.

# pans are very hard to fine - but yes, they did make some.
