I need to know how long is the shelf life of chocolat pretzels wraped and twist tied? I don't want to start too soon My oreos from easter we ate all summer!! But the pretzels are not covered all the way Also choc marshmellows? thanks all

I made mine in June to sell at a street sale and I had about a dozen or so extra and I put in the freezer, when I take out and bring to room temp. they taste like I just made them. They were bagged and till room temp the bag is cloudy but then clear up. The chocolate was fine.
