1 - What size cupcakes (standard, jumbo, mini)?
2 - Cake flavor?
3 - What type icing?
4 - What kind of deco?
5 - What kind of liner/wrapper?
6 - Where do you live?
All of these will affect the pricing.

A lot of people charge the same amount for a cupcake as they do for a slice of cake. The cupcake is actually more cake than the slice of cake. And it's more time consuming to make all the individuals.
If it were me, I'd charge $3 for buttercream and $4 for fondant. Regular cupcakes. They are a beast to transport and set up.
