I just bought the Badger Deluxe Set model 200.3 at Michaels. Regular price was $99 (used the coupon and got it for $45). It's a single action, internal mix (whatever that means). Does anyone know if this is a good one to use for cake decorating? I've never used an airbrush so I have no clue. I haven't opened the box yet so I can take it back if necessary.

Thanks! Any other airbrushing tips/techniques you want to share would be greatly appreciated!!!

I have a 2 stage badger, I don't like it. I think you are better off with the single stage one. I think yours would be more user friendly than the one I have. I bought another one (Grex) that I like a LOT better.

I wasn't happy with the lack of instructions on how to use it - my instruction book that came with it had NO detailed instructions on taking it apart and cleaning it etc.

Take it and play with it, you can do some fun things with them!
