OKAY HELP!!! EMERGENCY , POOR PLANNING ON MY PART! IF I DELIVER THIS CAKE AT 3PM AND IT DOESNT GET SERVED UNTIL 8 OR SO IS THAT GONNA BE OKAY OUT OF THE FRIDGE? IT HAS CARROT CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE FILLING AND VANILLA CAKE WITH FRESH STRAWBERRIES (SANDWICHED BETWEEN 2 LAYERS OF VANILLA BUTTERCREAM) covered in marshmallow fondant .... i am panicking!

I think it would be OK as long as it isn't sitting in the sun

I would have "them" put it in fridge until 5 or 6. How big is it? One tier?

It would most likely be okay. I would hope it is cold right now.

I highly suggest that it should be refrigerated though.

No it is a 3 tier monster on a giant base that wouldnt fit in their fridge....oh no! It will be in a cool (prob air conditioned house)

Does it fit in your fridge?
Can you push back the delivery tell later?

It would be best if you can push back the delivery, cream cheese can be really ugly if it gets too warm, hate to see all your hard work look less than it's best. Good luck I know sometimes you have to deliver when you can and not when you want to.
