I'm getting ready to do my first stenciled cake and I have a couple of questions.

Is there a reason that there is a semi-circle one one end of the stencil? Can I cut that?

How do I match up the stencil as I go around the cake?

Thanks so much!

The semi-circle is there to give you something to hold on to. Make sure to clean your stencil each time you put it on the cake. As far as matching up, after you clean it, just match up the edges. HTH!
