Hello-
Can anyone tell me how to fill a cupcake with jam? The cupcake is already baked, so I need to inject it somehow... can I use a decorating tip? THANKS in advance!

Yes, use a bag and a large round tip, punch it into the center and squeeze! Don't overfill or it will crack your cupcake.

If you use an apple corer to "core" the cupcake in the middle, you can put a good amount of jam in, then cover with buttercream or your decoration. If you go to Flickr and search for Milen, you can see how she did this. Very clever.
